"This location use to have such a welcoming staff. The last two occasions have been less then welcoming. New staff it appears and they never smile and have missed diagnosed on both occasions. Do better!"
"The receptionist seemed flustered but was decent. The staff overall was nice but everything just seemed very rushed. The AC want working in the patient rooms, it was very warm. This didn't help along with having to wait almost two hours just to get the ball rolling. The other visits we've had didn't take this long at all."
"My visit exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff was very welcoming and addressed all of my concerns. Porsha completed my blood work and exams and helped calm my nerves. She was so patient, kind, and understanding. She went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. I highly recommend this urgent care."
"Would not recommend. They refuse to answer their phones to give test results. I had my child rapid tested for strep with a negative result. I requested a regular 2 day lab test and was ensured I would get a call back with results. I did receive a message from my pharmacy saying my prescription was ready but cannot seem to get in contact with anyone at this office to see our actual diagnosis. They charge over $100 per person but don't deliver actual results. All three of us have strep but we're told we do not. I would be more understanding if I didn't have physically go in to get my results. I've called over 5 times over the past 5 days and continue to go to voicemail no matter which extension is chosen. There are plenty of other great walk in clinics in this town, do yourself a favor and go to any of the others."
