"Dr. Smiley's specialty is malpractice, gaslighting, ignoring medical history, and falsifying new medical history to fit his narrative. If you wish to be spoken down to and outright told that you are not worth treating, then I'd recommend him. If you want years of doctors opinions and diagnoses disregarded upon your first time meeting him, to only have a two or three minute conversation that he spends telling you he wouldn't waste medical resources on you, and to have to argue to get a test that supports your diagnosis in the end then he is absolutely the doctor for you. Based off of how he spoke to and treated me, I'm very confident that I would've gotten the help I needed upon first request if I were a man."

"Had an appointment 2/9/24 and forgot so I missed the appointment.....went on my chart to reschedule and according to MyChart I was at the appointment and had a very in depth discussion with some doctor. WOW! So I guess that had the appointment without me. Maybe discussed my medical information with only God knows who.....So I called to try and find out what was going on.....well according to everyone at promedica. NO BODY KNOW MUCH OF ANYTHING ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED AT THIS APPOINTMENT I MISSED...SO PLANNED ON RESCHEDULING THE APPOINTMENT...... Well I guess promedica is so busy not knowing anything about anything that they just can't find the time to call me back and set up a new appointment....... TIME TO MOVE MY CARDIAC CARE TO MERCY HEALTH.... AND PROMEDICA WONDERS WHY THEY ARE LOOSING MILLIONS OF DOLLARS.... Follow up.....they put this message to oh please call us so we can help you figure it out......the dow side is you leave a message and they don't bother calling you back.....Why bother acting concerned if you are only going to continue to ignore the patient?"

"I’ve seen Dr Maaieh and one of his nurse practitioners, Evie Gray. The both of them and everyone else that assisted me there were the most lovely people. Everyone in this office is so kind and welcoming. Both the Dr and Evie spent all the time needed with me, were incredibly thorough, heard everything I said and made me feel looked after. Cannot recommend this practice enough."

"The absolute worst experience I've ever had with health care providers. Rude, uncaring, combative. Doctors are randomly assigned to patients but patients are cared for only by NPs or techs. I was assigned a new doctor Mohammed Maaieh . The ONLY time he saw me he was rude, disinterested, dismissive of my questions, and would barely make eye contact. He subsequently told me I must use a Promedica lab or office for weekly blood tests which I have been having done privately for 25 years. The private tests cost around $5 each. Dr. Maaieh insisted I use Promedica testing sites at a cost of $80 to $120 a week or he would not provide me care. When I told them I could not afford the Promedica testing procedures they sent a letter informing me that they were withdrawing as my care provider. My coumadin / Warfarin prescription expired last week and I still cannot get it filled. When I called again today stating I needed an emergency renewal of my prescription, Office worker Marissa flatly answered NO. I can't get an appointment with another cardiologist for six weeks. This practice is depriving a patient of life sustaining medicine.... I have called a lawyer."

"My husband has seen Dr Dolsey for the past 5-6 years. We were initially very happy with the care he got there. But now you can’t even get in to see him. We were passed off to Dr Malas, we waited 2 hrs for our first appt with him, he seemed nice enough but we had the feeling he did really know much about my husband’s history. Since then we have seen 3 different PAs, the last one suggested s new med, when I checked with the pharmacy for 2 days in a row, no Rx called in. I called the office and the nurse told me there was nothing I the record about the new Rx, about 4 days later I get a call from the nurse apologizing for the delay. Today my husband had a cardiac cath and of course we have to see a PA for follow up. My husband has very serious problems and we no longer have confidence in this practice."
