"I can tell you that Italio was a great find! Whoever else claim "fresh italian food" doesn't really achieve any freshness as this place. Price is correct and individual plates are well served! Sauce is fresh, salt correct and the pasta is "al dente" . The paninis are also a must! Highly reommended!"

"Managers need to train staff who prepare and serve food to customers! Ordered a gluten free pasta for a coeliac and it came with bread on top. They wanted to serve it to the coeliac and just take the bread off (contaminated with gluten!), didn’t understand the problem with that and when it was explained why they need to prepare a new one they didn’t have any more gf pasta left. Then they couldn’t work out how to properly issue a refund to the card used - firstly they wanted to do it without the tip that was paid (why would anyone agree to pay a tip for nothing?) and couldn’t work any of it out. Eventually agreed to give a full cash refund. Appalling service on how to deal with customers with allergies and how to use their payment system properly, likely due to appalling lack of training."
