"A ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH. I have never been treated so poorly wanted to put 8K into A BANK, A bank that OWES ME $539 btw. It was almost closing time so the rude little tart decide to as me "what my problem was" IN THE WAITING AREA.. I don't care if I am the only person ON GOD'S GREEN EARTH, you NEVER EVER ask anyone about their financial situation in a public area, NEVER! She should be FIRED for that alone but it GETS BETTER.. I explain my situation, I have been waiting to cash my ck of 8k because I have ZERO TIME, the ck itself mind you is CUT BY CHASE ITSELF... yah, there's THAT.. OMG.. lol --- SHORT, as I mentioned. Shorted by the monies they TOOK out of my other bank the day previous of the day they stroked the ck. So they were happy to TAKE $539 out of my other bank on 8/23 and cut me over 8k SHORT of $ MY $539 YEAH... OK --- SO This girl, whoever she was proceeded to tell me, not knowing a thing other than I wanted to "open a checking acct with 8K" That I would have to MAKE AN APPT. I was like, "WHY, you're here"? Banks still open aren't you? There is a guy behind the glass in client services? He's STILL HERE?? What seems to be the problem? I tell her, I waited obviously a WHILE to cash the 8K, it was cut on 8/23 -8/24-- that's kind of a while to sit on 8K don't you think? SNUBS HER NOSE AT ME... "umm, no, she says.. Plenty of people sit on checks much longer and bigger than that ma'mm. WOW.. How inapproiate to say to ANYONE... almost fell over with disbielf at how someone was treating me. That's A LOT OF MONEY TO "ME" Especially when I had to FIGHT THE IRS FOR IT. I feel so acomplished, vindicated and want someone to acknowlege the fact that I want to put my money with them. PLUS THEY OWE ME for crying out loud. She's treating me like I am TOO POOR FOR THEIR BANK and to like just "beat it already" Well it goes on with me in SHOCK... I leave, tell the dude behind the glass that never looked up from his "busy desk" btw to enjoy his evening. Probably attend some training soon... something to that effect.. Then just as I hit the door I remember... DRIVE THRU... YEAH... The dumpster GATE... people can't get out because the wind blew the hinge too far so instead of an exit for a truck/car it is more like a GOLF CART.. I comment to her about her gate in the drive through. She of course argues immediately back that she doesn't have a gate at the drive through... at this point I am like sooo done.. I am a construction manager for a living so I laugh at these two "managers" and say, "WEll. yeah ya do... pause... YOU DO AT YOUR LIKE DUMPSTERS ''''''HUNNY"""" so ummm people have been struggling to navigate their way out of your drive through ALL DAY which is a MASSIVE LIABITLY ISSUE nevermind HAZZARD for old people in FL don't you think? So at least if you're NOT GOING TO LIKE ---DO YOUR JOB BY OPENING ACCTS-- You should at least keep the property SECURE.... HAVE A GREAT DAY.... So bank here is you have a golf cart and don't want to open an acct 8K ONLY????? HAHA"

"Recently, I went to this particular branch to have my name changed as I recently got married. Who had helped me asked for both my account and credit card information (filled out forms for cards under my name- they even took my id and cards to the back for processing). I was under the impression that everything was taken care of name-wise until I had to order a new credit card. I was told by a customer service representative on the phone that my name was not updated on the credit card side, and would have to go back AGAIN to Chase bank to get my name updated. I am not sure what happened, however it was very upsetting to hear that I would either (a)have to go back to chase bank do the very same thing again or (b)now wait another 5-10 days for a form to arrive in the mail for me to do the name change. I understand there are different processes for different accounts, just it is unfortunate to know I am going to have put time again to do the same thing when I was under the impression by who had assisted me that everything was done and my new name would be on all my cards and accounts."
