I call the office for the 10th time and her phone is a dial tone. Complete joke! What a waste of my time. I’m back on hold again with Florida blue. "Going in for surgery in two days can I get my prescription filled? All numbers a call for service for Florida blue make a bunch of clicking noises and then hang up on you. Florida blue is the worst."

"Blue has always been good to me. Today went in becagroup plan ending and needed to convert to individual. There were half a dozen agents sitting with no customers. I was asked if I was there for Medicare. I said no. They said they are prioritizing Medicare and they could not help and I would have to come back. I left and called to get a quote and was treated well."
