"Valley National home’s office is coincidentally 15 min from my home in NJ. Having just moved to St Pete for part of the year, & reestablishing new business contacts over the past months, I met Valley National’s awesome staff including the amazing Kathy Wright, VP; Branden, and Jeff Regal, through their tireless work at St Pete Chamber & St Pete Young Professionals (do they ever rest?) In addition to managing a beautiful and smooth running branch office and friendly knowledgeable can-do staff, I always see Kathy (and her staff) contributing after-hours time to many Chamber initiatives. Needing to open a new business account & hating the usual hassle I called Jeff Regal, who said they do business accounts. Not only did I get to “sit down” for the process, but Jeff and the entire staff made it painless. Having worked for Fortune 500 companies much of my career — in the fast paced take-no-prisoners NY/NJ Environment where you either know your stuff or “get eaten”... down here in Florida the relaxed pace (and perhaps the sometimes wee bit lower expectations) often shocks me. I was duly impressed then by the knowledge Jeff and speed as deftly displayed as we breezed through the (ugh) paperwork. Finally, Valley surprisingly offers a menu of many of the other services a business / or person needs — under the same roof. “Convenience” and “Concierge-Like” service. Every time I go to this Valley Branch I feel like a VIP Customer! 5 Stars for Valley in St Pete!"
