"Absolutely the most horrible bank I have EVER dealt with. Caused a huge problem with a closing on a Commercial building. Cost an additional $9000 out of pocket because of incompetence in closing h the loan. Then when they illegally put a lien on my personal property will not return phone calls to remove it. Bank loan officer Tony @ the Saint Petersburg branch who is no longer with them actually threatened me. The Bank Vice president was toxic and threatening as well. The level of unprofessionalism was mind blowing. Its still not over yet. As soon as we can refinance (3 year lock) its going to be done just to get away from these idiots."
