Welcome to the Pinellas Suncoast Fire Rescue District (PSFRD), proudly serving our community since 1951 with a commitment to selfless service. Located at 304 1st Street, Indian Rocks Beach, Florida, our fire station is dedicated to providing exceptional emergency services to the residents and visitors of Belleair Beach, Belleair Shores, and Indian Rocks Beach.

Our mission is to ensure safety and security by responding promptly to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, vehicle accidents, and hazardous material situations. We are committed to reducing injuries, loss of life, and property damage through education, training, and the use of advanced technology. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to perform at peak efficiency while striving to reduce costs and increase public awareness about safety and prevention measures.

In our continuous effort to engage with the community, we emphasize the importance of using 9-1-1 responsibly. This three-digit number provides immediate access to emergency personnel when seconds count. Misuse of 9-1-1 can endanger lives by delaying help for those in genuine need. We encourage everyone to "Make the Right Call" in emergencies requiring police, fire, or medical assistance.

Our dedication to community service is also reflected in our 9/11 Memorial, inaugurated on September 11, 2015, at our Indian Rocks Beach station. This memorial honors the victims of the 9/11 attacks, with symbols representing the Pentagon, Shanksville, Pennsylvania, and the World Trade Center. Funded entirely by public donations, this project was led by PSFRD Fire Inspector Robert Hill, showcasing our community's spirit and solidarity.
