"The room was cute, but some dishes were still dirty, and there was garbage in the crack of the couch. The mattress needs to be replaced badly. Need to convert the bedroom closet into a linen closet with extra blankets and towels. It was freezing and really needed more blankets, good blankets not the small squares of fabric that they had available. They should also offer laundry service if you stay more than 3 days. We ran out of towels and it would have been nice to change the sheets. Better cookware would be great for people who use the kitchen but we ate out so that didn't affect us. Salt and pepper and sugar and Splenda packets would have been great to go with the coffee and tea. At least 2 bottles of water in the fridge for arrival or a filtered water pitcher would also be a nice touch. Location is fantastic."

"The condo's location couldn't have been better. Nestled in the heart of Indian Shores, providing a sense of tranquility and relaxation. The condo was cozy and with welcoming vibe. The two bedrooms were spacious and thoughtfully furnished, providing comfortable beds. The living area and the balcony was beautifully arranged, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of beach activities. The property management team was attentive and responsive. I look forward to go there again. Thanks!"

"We just had a wonderful weekend at Joyce's BeachHouse in Indian Shores. The unit was clean and large, albeit quite dated with old cabinets, flooring and the showers. That is a minor thing, however, compared to the beautiful scenery we see out the back patio! It was a short walk (literally under 200 feet) to the water, and very private. Saturday afternoon in July and there were only 4 people on the beach. There's only 3 units here, and it was all very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely stay here again, and this is now one of our favorite spots. Thank you for the experience and we will see you again!! Mark and Stef Switzer"

"This was our 2nd year staying at an apartment with Carter Vacation Rentals. Such an adorable place right next to the beautiful sugar sand beaches and mouthwatering local restaurants. We will definitely be coming here again! There is a grill, beach towels, coolers, and laundry on site for guests. The owner is very nice and makes sure the guests are taken care of!"
