"I've heard patrons call Gulfport Library their "Sanctuary". I love this because this is a very Zen place to be, very welcoming and non-judgmental. They cater to everyone. It is also wonderful to see moms of young children showing respect to other patrons who are working on computers, studying, or reading. The garden area is very beautiful, lots of shade and places to sit outside. The library offers various programs for the young as well as crafting programs, informational programs, movies, trivia, and more. There's a great selection of books, audio books, and DVDs, with many new items coming in all the time. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I look forward to seeing YOU at the Gulfport Library."
