"IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD........ SO RUDE.... I brought someone to an eye care appointment, when we walked in, only one person was there, ok fine, she said we had to wait until the other employees come for my loved ones to be seen. When the other employees came, they BOTH came in the door & didn't say good morning, just walked in & passed us like we weren't sitting there. There was 2 other people (Caucasian) walked in, it was like they broke their necks to speak to them & STILL NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED US, EXCEPT TO CALL MY LOVED ONES to the back to be seen. Even then it WASN'T GOOD MORNING JUST CALLED THEIR NAME. IF I WAS THINKING ABOUT SWITCHING MY EYE DOCTOR IT WOULDN'T BE THIS PLACE. THEY'RE SO RUDE, EVEN A DOG WAG ITS TAIL WHEN IT SEES PEOPLE. Idk who raised these people, if it wasn't for the customer you wouldn't be in business, but I digress."

"Went in for an eye exam and a pair of glass. Customer service experience: Great, walked around and see that there's are quite a selection to choose from, ranging from $ to $$$$. People are friendly (to me). Glasses: I did not go for any option to upgrade higher quality glasses. So, Right now the lens are quite scratched with less than a year on me. Which, for the record, did not effect/worsen the rating of this review. I just recommending people upgrading to the next tier of lens material Prescription: -Left eye: Correct from the Get-go. No complaint -Right eye: Way off the first time. Went back to adjust. Still slightly off. I have already went back to adjust so I am still not having good vision. Especially when compared to my old tinted glasses. I can see better through my old set of lens. This in effect made my eye quite uncomfortable looking at far away object like billboards, road signs at distance."

"Worst eye doctor. Rude doctor . (Linda l .Bui ) got mad cause i didn’t want to do an eye exam . All i wanted was my current prescription that wasn’t expired to order new glasses myself . I don’t like their frames and she and the medical receptionist denied that !!!! All they care about is money . If y’all want to order eye glasses go to zenni optical online it’s cheap frames . Since i can’t respond to the owner comment I’ll reply here ,The doctor put me out of the exam room because i was mad . Also , my prescription didn’t expire you just saying that for the sake of the google review . All y’all wanted was extra money from my insurance company by doing an exam . I can see perfectly fine in the glasses i currently have . but i will let my insurance company know that i DID not do the exam so it shouldn’t be charged .the receptionist was nice . The doctor was rude ."
