"We will never come back here. The staff is rude with many attempts to be intimidating, when a parent knows what’s best for their child. This place needs to be inspected, cleaned, repaired, and dental assistance's should not be cleaning teeth! The office manager should consider speaking with patients responsible party with respect like it was given when having a conversation. And if your child has an X-ray, just know the staff will have to retake them multiple times. No thank you! Over the last few years this place has gone down. Sorry I refused to comply to the racket you tried to force on me, in front of my children, other patients, other parents, and your staff. I was extremely kind and respectful the entire time. Guess professionalism took the back seat. Best of luck"
