"When Renting a Pickup Truck or a Van no where on the website during the reservation process does it mention that you need a Florida drivers license. To rent a van or pickup truck. The deed to my home should have been strong enough. I think the area manager who made this rule without updating the websites reservation process should be terminated from his position. As I was stuck with a box truck as I ubered to this location. Absolutely unacceptable and the managers should not be employed."

"This was for a rental on March 12th, 2023. Called 48 hours ahead of my reservation to ensure everything looked good on their end, was given a thumbs up. Roger called the next day and asked if anyone filled me in on the new policies and I told him no one mentioned a thing when I called the day prior. He tells me: -Must have a Pasco County license -Must have proof of auto insurance -Must provide a selfie photo He informs me that "a few bad apples ruined it for everyone." Convinced him to rent it to me the first day since I rented from them the year prior, but was told the truck needed an oil change on the following Tuesday that I also had it reserved for. Oil change at 7AM, my rental wasn't until 6PM. Not sure how long their oil changes take but 11 hours is quite a long time. So my second reservation was transferred to Beacon Woods... when I arrived there I was told they won't rent to me for the same reasons above. Apparently their management company implemented these rules and made it a complete headache for someone coming from out of town to rent a U-haul... This u-haul location is a joke!!!!! Same with the one at 19 & Beacon Woods. Save yourself the time and skip both of them. Go to the U-Haul of Jasmine Lakes a few miles south on 19, those employees are actually normal and laughed when I told them what happened and said they've never heard of such a thing but were able to confirm they were under a different management company. Had the truck keys in hand within 2 minutes and didn't lose brain cells talking to those guys."

"Absolutely terrible roger is the worst employee I’ve ever encountered charged me over $150.00 more than I was told I was paying and wouldn’t even give me all the equipment I rented instead he charged us a second time for the same equipment he wouldn’t give us and then told me to pick it up another day even after speaking to a manager earlier that day who told me I was able to pick up my reserved equipment anytime after 3. Then he accused us of lying becuase he couldn’t spell the word circle and went on to say if we don’t agree to pick it up another day that he would cancel my who reservation. This place is absolutely ridiculous!"
