"Dissatisfied with Service Department. Purchased Whirlpool frig in May of 2022. September 2023, frig needed a new ice maker. Repair made within a week. January 1, frig was warm. Tech ordered relay which took 2 weeks to come in! To make matters worse, this part did not fix the problem. Compressor was needed. Compressor was ordered and installed with final adjustments completed January 27. Almost a month without frig! Now, on February 22, my icemaker is again not working and again I am waiting on a part- going on 2 weeks! I WAS a loyal customer to Jetsons Co having purchased all of my appliances along with full warranty from them. A customer for forty years who will no longer make purchases."
