"Shopping at Jetson’s became a pleasant and wonderful experience as soon as we were introduced to our salesman, Andrew Rutledge. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We needed to replace our old washer and dryer. It was an old stackable unit that started to leak. He showed us several machines that were suitable, but when he suggested the ThinQ Motor Driven model, we were sold. We liked that it is a one-piece tower style and not stackable individual machines. The delivery service was also very good. We were contacted about the delivery time and the courteous delivery men let us know when they were 10 minutes from our condo. The men were very professional and careful with the removal of the old washer and installation of new one. We are completely satisfied with the outcome of our purchase at Jetson and thankful that we didn’t buy at Home Depot or Lowe’s. We made that mistake before with a refrigerator purchase.
