"This location is the worst. Awful customer service. I had an appointment on May 12 to discuss setting up a retirement account and they were not prepared nor had any information for me. The manager said she would give my information to the financial advisor and I would be contacted. Its been almost a month and I've heard nothing.. I dont think I was taken very seriously in the first place, very unprofessional. They kept pushing me to accept their credit card, that's not what I was there for. The final straw was today, June 9, a teller filled out a time-sensitive form incorrectly now I have to go back and have it filled out...again. I'll be going out of my way to a different location from now on for the sake of better service. To the owners response, I'm not interested in chatting. I may suggest that you have a chat with your staff instead. Thank you though."
"Regions Orange Beach Al worst customer service. I recently opened a new acct. I should have learned from my past experience with the same location. It had been awhile and it would be more convenient, I thought. The lady at the first desk on the right said o the lady sitting is ahead of you, I said I'm sorry and stepped back the lady sitting said no I'm waiting on ERIN the lady at the desk then completely ignores us both and continues to shuffle papers on her desk. No manners..."
"Just like your old "small home town bank"! Personal service, know your name and call you if there is any problem rather than sending you a computer generated notice. The manager's name is Donna and she either waves or comes out to visit every time I go in the bank. I feel that I am very lucky to have found this bank!"
