"I wish my hair would grow quicker so I could come back sooner!! Quite literally the best experience I’ve had at a hair salon. The stylists are all such incredibly talented, beautiful souls. Caroline cut my hair and Devyn did my wash/styling and both were the most easy to talk to people. I felt as if I had been going here for years, and knew them for even longer. Not mention my boyfriend got a haircut at the same time, Ahaia was his stylist, and he had nothing but great words about the environment and experience. Which is HUGE for him!! 100/5 stars! Update: ASK FOR CAROLINE AND AHAIAH!!! They cut and colored my hair today and it looks even better than I imagined it would be. They absolutely nailed everything and had me leaving with a huge confidence boost. Literally the only salon I will ever recommend."

"Review edit: Sadly I was never acknowledged by the owner, but as you can clearly see here they are highly responsive but ONLY to positive feedback. Guess they don’t really care about the negative experiences. Listen, Everyone makes mistakes, I’m understanding BUT Just own up to them instead of gaslighting your customer and gee idk, try Offering a them a refund. It’s the least you can do after ruining someone’s hair. You can’t put their hair back on their head, it will take at least a year to grow out and recover. Clearly and unfortunately a refund did not happen for me, I was just gaslighted by them into thinking there was some kind of miscommunication on my part, when in reality the stylist fumbled my haircut. I suck with confrontation though and allowed it, but as the months have gone on I’m still upset as I’m still dealing with the repercussion of this kenny rogers looking cut. Anyways, Enjoy the pics of this disturbing shag that even 4 months later, still has my confidence in shambles :) Original review : First off I want to start by saying, the ladies who work here are friendly and I’m sure they do their best everyday. However I received an awful haircut and it has significantly impacted my everyday life in a negative way. I’ve had a bad haircut many years ago and so I am very verbally clear about what I want and not only that, but I visually show with photos, exactly what cut I’m asking for. So there leaves no room for “miscommunications”. I came here to get some long layers. I showed a picture of what I wanted, verbally went over it with the stylist and I said verbatim “I do not want any layers to begin until an inch below my chin” and she acknowledged my request so I know she heard me. My picture was very 90s, typical Jennifer Aniston type layers with some face framing. I had grown out bangs but they were so thin, you couldn’t hardly see them. (Will show in before pic) She told me “I’ll just blend away your bangs” when someone says “blend away” that means they will further dissipate the bangs visually, thin them out, make them less noticeable. Instead, she proceeded to cut them even shorter, and highlight them by connecting them with their own layer that went around the entirety of my head at the length of my ears. What did this do? It gave me a 70s shag. A completely irrefutable shag. I left without saying anything since I’m bad at confrontation. I went home and did everything I could to see if I could hide it. I cried for days. I called back and asked if they could do something to help. They took thinning shears to the short bulky top layer they created to try to de-shag me. It reduced the bulk about 15%. But let’s be honest here, I am still left with a shag, a haircut I did not ask for, nor did it resemble what I requested in any way. There’s no way they did not know this. Idk if it was a pride thing, but considering someone ruined my hair, I was very kind about the whole thing. And I wasn’t even offered my money back. Mistakes happen, I understand. But it is morally wrong to do someone a disservice, and not at least give them their money back. It saddens me every day that I have to hide under a hat or tie my hair in a bun. I already have self esteem issues and now loosing my hair has been really difficult for me. Anyways. Here is a pic of what I asked for (minus the bangs, which I told them and they verbally agreed) and here is what I got. I also have curly hair naturally so you can see what a nightmare this is if I don’t have time to heat style. The red hair pics are what I asked for and showed them as a reference (again, I also said no layers until an inch below my chin and no bangs pls.) There’s also multiple before and after pics of my hair. I covered my face for privacy."

"Best salon ever! Every worker I have interacted with at Hair Do (Daphne) is so professional and kind. There is so much variety in their individual expertise and focus as well. Abby in particular is absolutely amazing. She always does a fantastic job at cutting/styling as well as providing helpful tips on hair care in general. I really appreciate the intentionality and care everyone there puts into their work!"

"I've been looking for a great hair salon that understands fun, unique hairstyles, but still be very professional. I found this place. Kristin was my stylist. She was awesome. She listened to what I was asking for in a haircut. She asked my opinion, and she told me to run my chimneys through my hair and give her feedback. I felt very comfortable. I am probably a hairdressers worst nightmare because I'm so picky, and I know what I want."
