"I was in Dr. Bruce’s office, when my blood pressure and heart rate started to drop. When my blood pressure was checked, my pulse was at 60, which isn’t so bad. Dr. Bruce walked in the door and knew something wasn’t right, just by looking at me. Before I knew it, she had me lying down and checked my vitals again. At this point my pulse was at 30 and everything started going dark. Dr, Bruce asked her staff to call for an ambulance and I was taken to the hospital. She wasted no time getting me the help I needed and I was refunded for the visit. I’m so thankful for Dr Bruce and the care she provided that day."

"Made an appointment. First requirement a referral .afther a week we got it . Later 3 days before appointment . Office from Dr. Bruce called to cancel because it was not under her practice to treat . Bad communication and not good customer service. Waited since the middle of November just to see this Doctor and the end everything was for nothing . This office does not care ."

"Saw her right after my stroke. She was very nice, suggested we take it a step further and ordered 2 more tests just to be sure all bases were covered. Gets a 2 rating because they can't discuss my results until her next available appointment at the end of Feb 2024.."

"I saw Dr. Bruce recently for migraines and found her and the office staff to be very professional. She listened to my concerns and came up with a good plan to address them. She was great at taking the time to answer my many questions and had a friendly and caring demeanor."

"I am writing this on behalf of a family member due to the treatment or lack there of. She was referred out after multiple appointments were canceled with less than 24 hours notice. Appointments we had waited months to get in to see the doctor. After finally seeing another specialist as advised we were waiting for a referral so my family member can seek treatment. After Someone from the office finally called me and said "instead of approving her treatment as the specialist is advising, Dr. Bruce just wants her to rest and is going to deny the request." I let her know that if they refuse her the treatment from a doctor that is actually trying to help my family member get better, I will take legal action. How can you after seeing her for a year and doing literally nothing, just tell her to rest? To see this type of abandonment towards the patients you are supposed to be caring for is very sad. The delay in proper care has been solely due to this office. It has been ongoing. Do not send those you love here."
