"Went in for labs for pregnancy, told them before even getting called back that I had been dizzy for days. Phlebotomist missed half of the labs he was supposed to do and blamed it on me for talking, went into the other arm and pushed straight through the vein, causing me to pass out. I made three points of contact; once with the side of my face on a table, second contact with my knees and the floor, and third contact with my face and the floor. I went in for a simple blood draw and left bruised, missing a tooth, and in so much pain. They told me the tooth would “be glued back on” and that there were no exposed nerves, but the dentist said the nerves were all exposed and the tooth was fractured up into my jaw. They refused to give me any pain medication until I had been there for well over an hour and a half with an exposed nerve, crying and shaking with pain. Now they claim they aren’t liable for their mistake. I will never step foot in this hospital/ lab again, even for a life or death situation."

"Placing urine samples in a cabinet with 6 other peoples samples. The samples could have been tampered with extremely easily. This was after I was greeted at the front desk by an extremely rude persons named Katherine. If I were you, I would go somewhere that took your healthcare a little more serious than this place"

"I’ve always had a good experience with the staff however it is very unprofessional for any medical staff members to be discussing any patients medical history and/or to be talking negatively about patients. Please keep in mind you wouldn’t that medical staff to talk about your family members in that way, be kind like we always say, keep up the good work."

"I was worried about coming in due to the comments about the receptionists. I’ve been in 5 times in the last two weeks and every single receptionist has been kind, patient, helpful, and went out of their way to ask me about my day. Do not hesitate to come here for labs! They have a wonderful staff."
