"Clinic for Neurology provides outstanding care for their patients. Dr Greer is amazing, he listens to your concerns and goes over all the options you may have. Very thorough and detail oriented. The nurses and office staff are wonderful, always pleasant and courtesy. They are always so good about answering any questions I may have and they make it a breeze to schedule appointments. You can truly tell that they care, they care about you and the treatment that you receive. It's a great experience all around! I highly recommend them!!"

"Clinic for Neurology is very professional and provides great care. They are thorough when it comes to providing care for their patients. The office staff is sweet and kind. I was in the room with Dr. Greer while he was caring for my love one and I was amazed by his great bedside manners."

"Pretty sad that their own office staff is putting fake 5 star reviews up to balance out their terrible service. Spend time doing your job, rather than posting fraudulent stars. First, I want to say that I wanted to see Dr. Hitchcock more than any Neurologist in town. I have heard great things about him, and I was SO excited to get a referral to him. This is August of 2023. I waited and waited on a call. Nothing. So, I called them to ask if they received my referral. They said yes. If they received my referral, aren’t they supposed to call me to schedule an appointment? Red flag #1. Okay, moving on. Day 1: They transferred me to Whitney in patient scheduling. I left a message on her voicemail. A day goes by. Nothing. Day 2: I call back, they transfer me to Whitney in patient scheduling. Voicemail. I leave another message. 24 hours goes by. Nothing. Day 3: Leave voicemail for Whiteney, then I call the front desk and ask if Whitney is maybe on vacation or out sick. They said “No, but she’s on break”. I said “Okay, can I please leave you guys a message for her to call me. I am desperately trying to get an appointment scheduled. I have had a migraine for 21 days straight now and would LOVE to see Dr. Hitchcock as soon as I can. They said they would take the message. Nothing. Day 4: Go figure, Whitney’s voicemail. I left her the sweetest message I could and explained my situation about how badly I wanted to schedule an appointment. I never ever got a response from Whitney. That staff honestly is the most unprofessional I have ever experienced, and how busy can Whitney honestly be? You have one job. How embarrassing. It gets better. My doctor’s office had to call and get me in. They had to call AS a doctor’s office. Pathetic. So, they say they are going to “snail mail” me all this paperwork. Who doesn’t have all their stuff in an online portal now? Either way, my nurse printed it out for me, and helped me fill it out. After all, I have EXTREME migraines, and it’s not easy filling forms like that. At this point I am getting close to day 30 with no relief from my migraine. From the time I wake to the time I go to sleep. I finished filling out all of the forms, I HAND delivered to Dr. Hitchcock’s office “to get on the cancelation list”. I knew that was a joke from the start. There was one person waiting in the lobby (yet they couldn’t get me scheduled until the end of December). The Neurology place I go to now, you’re lucky to get a seat. Apparently, I had an appointment scheduled on December 21st. I never got a call, email, text, NOTHING. I did a thorough search in my phone for ANYTHING. Since Whitney oversees patient scheduling, I am going to assume she’s in charge of reminders as well. I just hope it gets back to Dr. Hitchcock how inadequate his staff is. Or at least Whitney. He lost a patient that was SO eager to see him. Whitney, your voicemail says, “You have reached Whitney in Patient Scheduling”. Is it that hard? 4 voicemails, and a message with the front desk. I am sorry if I met you in a past life or something, but it’s my health that you’re toying with. When you feel like doing your job, it’s not fair to him that you pick and choose his patients."

"I used to love coming here, but recently it has been lacking in care. I waited almost an hour to even be seen at my most recent appointment. I called on a Friday at 8:55am and left a voicemail for the nurse. I am aware it can take 24-48 hours for someone to answer, (even though that seems a bit ridiculous), however I went to call at 1:30 to see if I could just go ahead and schedule an appointment for my concerns and they had already shut the phones off even though they are listed to be closing at 2. What’s the point of even being open until 2 if you’re not even going to answer your phones? It just feels like patients are not very important here anymore. They never ended up calling me back and I went to the ER. Seems like consistent issue that they can’t seem to actually answer voicemails."
