"Everyone was very nice from the moment I made the appt over the phone to the followup conversations. Check-in was easy and the wait was no more than 5 minutes. The PA I saw was extremely thorough, attentive and didn't rush me out of there. I am very happy with this group. Thank you so much!!"

"I totally appreciate Dr Kevin Gaffney. He can be very no-nonsense & direct, but he presents information with compassion and a subtle sense of humor that makes bad news easier to accept. Elizabeth Mallory PA, at Dr Gaffney’s office in The Woodlands was patient, knowledgeable and kind with all my questions and concerns. She took time with me to explain my Sleep Study results and medication questions. The staff in reception have always been extremely helpful upon arrival. I also want to mention Yazil Zuniga the MA who checked me in. Thank you for making my difficult diagnosis and pain issues more manageable."

"After checking in 15 minutes prior to my appointment as instructed I was taken to the doctor's office where I was told to wait. 45 minutes later nobody showed up not even to tell me nobody was going to seee me, which I consider a total disrespect for a patient. I had to take 2 hours off from work to make to this appointment on time and this is the treatment I received. I was so upset I got up and left. This is a sign of total disrespect for a patient."

"I've been going to this doctor for over 10 years...and I must find a new neurologist simply because of how busy the office is AND the terrible front desk/call center employees. What they've done to this office is create a barrier between the doctor/physician assistant and the patient. It is the most frustrating thing that every time I have an urgent request or high priority issue they respond with "okay, I've sent the PA a message and they will respond when they get it" and I have to ask to be rushed or flagged or marked URGENT for my health and medication and they say "yeah sure". It takes days and sometimes weeks to get responses and get things done. This is so painful. I love my doctor, but the employees that run the logistics and communications of this office are just flat out BAD."

"Dr. Boyle didn't take the time to examine me. She spoke for about 5 minutes and wanted to simply give me medication. She sat in her chair almost 10 feet away. I was told a cash price and I paid it upon arrival. Then received a bill for over $200.00 dollars. They knew that I didn't have insurance and that I was a cash pay patient. I am now in collections because I was quoted a cash price. I spoke to someone at there office and they told me that they would remove the charges and told me that I would never be able to come to this facility again and that was fine. But they still turned me over to collections."
