"Ms.Lina was the technician at this facility that was very rude towards me. I walked in first thing this morning 8:01am and she was already talking to a tall white mid aged man, so I sat down to give them their personal space. She stops talking to him and proceeds to ask me “ what are you here for”? I said “OH GOOD MORNING” she said “are you here for finger prints”? I said “GOOD MORNING” she said “morning” I then told her “yes I’m here for my drug screening” she said oh you can just sit there you don’t need to sign in. She went to do the guys finger prints then came and got me. I asked her “what’s your name and job title” she said “I’m lina” and I said “what’s your job title” She said “a tech” I said oh ok. She then asked if I’d like to talk to the manager. I said sure. Mr.brain comes out and immediately ask “do you have your documents” I said yes but I thought you was coming to hear my complaint. He said oh go ahead, but no I’m actually the one that does the drug testing. I told him abt what happened with ms.Lina and he said “we operate differently from other places” and I told him being kind and respectful is the minimum i expect from any business establishment staff. I wouldn’t suggest coming here. The place is also very ran down and outdated.! They should treat everyone with respect no matter what race you’re ! I will be reaching out to corporate."
