"Writing again. The positives, I really appreciate the staff and medical professionals here. They’re kind and knowledgeable! The facility is also well taken care of - super clean. The continuous con of it all - the god awful wait time. It takes 45-50 minutes post-appointment time to be seen for 5 minutes. A walk-in came through and the receptionist told him that it’d be about 45 minutes to be seen. I wanted to be like “well, regardless of an appointment it’s 45 min, so join us!” I really do like this clinic. I just wish the wait time was more streamlined when you have an appointment. My job is demanding and I’m a mom of 2, so I make an appointment to get in and out in a timely manner. I don’t mind waiting 15-20, but 45+ is too much."

"The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because my daughter had an appointment at 3 and they didn’t call us to the back until 340. By the time we left it was after 430. The appointment was supposed to only last 20 minutes but it ended up lasting over an hour and 30 minutes for my daughter just to do her 18 months wellness check. They prefer you to make appointments but what’s the point if they won’t honor the time frame. Other than that everyone was kind to us and answered all questions & concerns we asked."

"I went in yesterday evening as I had a virtual doctor visit in which the physician said I needed to seek immediate medical treatment. I was anxious and worried. The entire staff was wonderful and patient even though I came in roughly an hour and a half before close. I know they were ready to go home but did all tests and drew blood work and stayed even though I was the last patient in the building. The front desk receptionist was great but I did not get her name. This was on Thursday evening of January 23, 2024. My nurses were Rita and Carolina and Kevin. They were the best. So warm and friendly and helpful and put me at ease. Great bedside manner. Carolina had to give me 2 shots and I have had them before once and they are painful. She made it where I hardly felt them at all. She was also exceptional at phlebotomy and drawing my blood and I hate needles. My NP was Mrs. Christine and she was the BEST. Your staff is amazing and I am so glad I chose Total Care Crowley as my PCP."

"Doctors are friendly, front desk staff not so much, especially the older woman. Billing is atrocious. Always overcharging and almost impossible to get a refund. Not having insurance benefits verified prior to appointments and making people wait is unacceptable. Wait times are ridiculous. I understand waiting if I am a walk-in, but if my appointment for physical is at 8:40 and I am there at 8:25, waiting to be seen until 9:40 is really unacceptable. Their idea of a physical is a joke. I don't want a "sports physical." I want an actual physical where they check everything and listen. Not checking vaccination schedule, reflexes, asking about over-all wellness is absurd if you are charging insurance for a physical. Charging an extra $65 or more to administer a shot is absurd. I understand that this is a business, but putting the money part above and beyond the wellness of your patients is unethical."

"I am thankful and grateful for the amazing assistance that I received from Tara S. at the front desk. I was met with a beautiful and welcoming smile as I enter into TotalCare. She was super helpful with get me sign in and getting all the paperwork completed. Although, I was not feeling well, Tara made everything as easy as possible. She is definitely a great asset to this company, and I am glad I had an amazing experience with her. I am also grateful for the doctor and the nurses that assisted. They all valued my time and heard my needs to make sure I received the proper care. This is the first clinic that I have been to in a long time, that they did not make me wait for 2hours then received 2 minutes check from the doctor before they write a prescription. They actually valued my time, Thank you TotalCare staff!"
