"Had an incredible experience here last week. 10/10 First off, my appointment with Dr. Iftikhar was scheduled by the fabulous ERICA, who I learned has been part of the team for quite a few years. She was so incredibly warm, patient, helpful, prompt, and an absolute pleasure to engage with. I had to get an authorization signed by Dr. Iftikhar and Erica made the whole process a breeze. I think the name of the male tech that performed my transthoracic echocardiogram is Andre. I felt extremely comfortable with the entire process and he was professional throughout the entire test. I can get anxious very easily, but I felt completely at ease during my appointment. Dr. Iftikhar was great. He was thorough, I didn't feel rushed, and was able to answer my questions about recovery in a way that was accessible, respectful, and compassionate. I left feeling like they genuinely want better health for me and believe I'm capable of making the necessary changes to do so."
