"Was looking at a pair of shoes, had a shoe in my actual hand, this guy literally came and took it out of my hand and put it back in the box, argued with me that I was wrong, that the shoes were the same size. I tried asking him why the shoes in the box did not specify women sizes in the box and he began talking to my husband as If I was not there at all. How rude. I am the one paying . I am one asking questions. So when I go up and ask cashier who manager was she tells me manager name, Alex. I asked to speak to her and she points to her in the little box. I waited and waited and asked if she was going to talk to me, but she was too busy talking about me in her little microphone and ear piece. I heard her. I spent $180 in your friggin store and you can’t even acknowledge I was treated rudely or disrespected by your little man who was to act like he has power. What a piece of work. Appreciate your customer. Don’t treat them bad ."

"It was very difficult to find wide shoes. I saw very few boxes stating they were wide width in any size. I was about to give up, but my husband spotted a pair of women's Sketchers in my size that were wide width. It took him quite some time to find a pair of wide width in his size in the Men's section. We had this same problem a few years ago when we looked for shoes at this store and didn't find any, so we gave up and left. This store looks promising online, but not at the store. No employee ever asked if we needed help finding shoes."

"If you are looking to get a nice pooped or heal this is the place. But, if you are picky about your type of shoe, color, size, brand, whatever. This is not the place to go. I find their shelves very limited and variety. Every once in a while you can find a good pair of shoes, but I think the store needs a little update."

"Very hit and miss. Like most shoe department stores. Prices vary, sales vary, selections vary. With that said. When you do get lucky it's a nice find and save usually. Just getting those lucky moments seem to be increasingly rare. Staff are nice and usually helpful which is a plus."
