"Upon entering store I have noticed since my last visit it appears much different. Only 1 shoe present for viewing and a much lack luster inventory than before. Upon finding shoes I'm willing to purchase I took them to get paired. I received a adidas in a kswiss box that were mixmatched. Two similar shoes that were not infact pairs. I drove back to the store where they offered to replace that shoe mistakenly paired and blamed the new employee for incompetence. when asking for compensation that stated they could not. This place has gone down hill and seems I will be finding a better store in the future"
"Found a pair of rose gold crocs (the last pair) marked down to $19.97. Manager would not sell them to me at that price since it wasn't marked down in their system. If you have something marked down in the store, that isn’t the customers fault. The price should have been utilized."
"I love the the Shoe Dept. They have a good selection of cute, stylish shoes at reasonable prices. I recently bought a cute pair of Daisy Fuente slides. I've bought running shoes from here in the past as well as shoes for my toddler grandson. The store is always stocked when I've been there and the employees very friendly and helpful."
