"Walked in and the two ladies continued their conversation behind the checkout counter. I walked around the men's shoe section for a bit, tried on a couple shoes, walked around looking for a specific shoe for my wife (they didn't have it this time), they as I walked out they finally asked me if I needed anything. Store was clean (another staff was busy straightening stock the whole time), but the store was not busy."

"An unpleasant experience with the staff at the store will keep me from ever returning. I made a simple inquiry regarding the clearance price on a pair of shoes being only $5 less than a similar pair, same brand, at full price. Rather than kindly state that it is was correct and the best that she could do with regrets that she couldn't do better, she said, "Yep, we can just put them back on the shelf of you don't want them". If she had at least explained policy and regrets, I would have made the purchase, instead I will never be back."
"Excellent place for shoes at a cheaper price. I also appreciate the guy at the cashier today! I brought a pair of nikes to buy and when he was examining during checkout, he noticed that the shoes I got were both different sizes (8 and 8.5). Dumb me for not checking but I’m so thankful he noticed that! He is amazing and makes me appreciate the store even more."
