Lisa was very thorough with the process and willing to answer my questions & concerns. I’m so in love with my new hair & am surprised at how comfortable and manageable it has been. Since getting my extensions I’ve received so many compliments at how natural it looks, my only regret is not finding Lisa sooner!!"

"STAY AWAY! The botched extensions from extensions extraordinaire resulted in half my hair being ripped out. I am not one to post negative reviews but I would be giving zero stars if I could. I ordered the hair from her (about 108 strands later found out I only needed to order 60-80 for what I wanted). Once they were installed I noticed it was pulling, never having had extensions before I thought “Huh I guess this must be normal?” It was not. I had also requested the extensions be installed in a way that I would be able to put my hair up without beads showing; this did not happen. After a week I contacted Lisa about it and was quickly dismissed. Then I went to go get my hair dyed about 2 weeks later, this is where I found out about the real issues. My stylist looked horrified at the work that had been done. Knowing my stylist was not someone certified to install extensions I discounted her opinion and sought a second opinion at a beauty school. Both of the instructors onsite at Kor beauty school took a look and had the same horrified expression their initial thought was that I had attempted to do it myself! My natural hair had not been pulled through properly leading to long loops in the hair that would knot or catch resulting in my hair being ripped out every time I brushed it. At this point I called Lisa and told her what I had heard now from multiple sources, her response? “other stylists are just haters, your fine” I was appalled and asked for my money back so I could at least go get this botch job fixed. Her response: “no refunds” period. Her tone became increasingly hostile and she preceded to blame me for the damage done. To add insult to injury, I lost the majority of my hair that was left after removal of the extensions (please note the bundle of hair I lost in the stylist’s hand and the hair pulled out by the beads, shown in the pictures, once a professional removed the extensions). I advise anyone looking to get extensions done here to go anywhere else. The owner said I should have notified her sooner about my issues. I want to know how me contacting her a week after installing the extensions was not soon enough..."

"Wow!!! What an amazing experience I had with Lisa from start to finish! I was a little hesitant at first because I do have shorter hair and sometimes getting hair extensions the transition from short to long isn’t always the best but Lisa is definitely a PRO!! From the moment I met her during our extension consultation she was so amazing and humble. It’s almost like she read my mind she knew exactly what I wanted. After my consultation it was so easy to get in touch with her to set up an appointment for installation, she was so accommodating to my work schedule. During the installation I felt such at home it was like talking to a friend that I’ve known for years. Lisa’s Work or should I say artistry definitely shows how passionate she is about what she does and making you feel beautiful when you leave. 10 out of 10 experience she definitely gained a lifelong customer with me! Pricing was perfect. Lisa thank you again so much I definitely felt like a new person walking out of your salon today my hair now it’s so amazing and long and beautiful it definitely brought the sparkle back to my personality!❤️"

"Lisa is amazing! She was friendly, professional and clean! I was very nervous to get extensions with fragile hair. Lisa researched and explained in detail the full process and that my hair would be safe and not break or fall out. I absolutely LOVE them and now I don’t think I will ever be able to live without them!! I have long hair already but very thin, the extensions look amazing and you cannot even tell that I have them. Her individual studio is private and safe. I would recommend Lisa to anybody for extensions!"
