"I’ve been ordering with Her Hair Company *faithfully* since July 2014 and I’m sad to say that the hair quality has gone down since then. It’s no surprise that finding and keeping a vendor that gives quality consistently may be a little harder these days with EVERYBODY selling hair, however the shift in quality is very noticeable. I use to be able to keep bundles, FULL bundles for over 2 years w/ minimal shedding. I have always ordered the brazilian wavy, simply because I loved their pattern and fullness and I didn’t see that anywhere. My last order was a little better than this one however the quality even then was noted. Fast forward to today, I purchased the 3 bundle deal of brazilian wavy in 20, 22 & 24 and these bundles are more of a deep wave than wavy. More on the curly side and curlier than I’ve ever received from them as it was frizzy after combing which never used to happen. As if I were ordering hair to wet down and put mousse on as a style. I’ve *never* worn this hair like that nor ordered this texture for that. Not only that, but the bundles are not consistent in fullness from weft to ends. About mid shaft to ends, the hair thins out. On top of that, the 24inch is the driest, least textured and naps up the worst. Even after cutting it to minimize the snagging ends. I made it into a wig and you could see how much was gonna have to be cut to have a full look if I were to choose to wear it straightened, which I do. Also, this company was well known for how full 3 bundles were. I used to always have left over hair. Granted I ordered 3 bundles 20+ inches but I still couldn’t believe the quality. Lastly, this hair does not hold a style. Round brushed, pinned, curled and pinned again to set and it still reverts back to the curls after frizzing first about an hour into wearing. I compared the hair to another wig I have made from these bundles and there really is a clear quality difference. I’m very sad about the direction the company has gone. I have always been such an advocate for the brand and now as it’s 50/50 it could be looked at as an annoying investment that’s doable but not *IT* like once was, I give a disclaimer. 3 stars bc I have hope. Please vet a better vendor! ***UPDATE: Please remember to always show grace. The owner is very understanding and acts fast to resolve. Great customer service will always be the difference!!!! Til the wheels fall off!"

"DO NOT purchase hair from this company; they accept the order, don’t send a tracking number and automatically take the money from your account. The quality of hair they send isn’t the hair from their site and when you try to contact / reach out no one ever responds. The number on file isn’t in service. Saving you the headache now and advising to not purchase."

"I've been going to Her Hair Company for many years my fabulous stylist TeTee is employed there she is very friendly, hair knowledgeable and can iron hair so silky smooth. The salon is lovely ultra modern with no drama!"

"If I could give 0 stars for customer service I would. The website states the hair is 100% virgin yet when I tryd to curl my hair at 300 degrees it melted. Ofc This happened after I had already ordered a second batch of Brazilian curly extensions . I’ve sent out emails there response was that if the temperature is too high the hair will break, yes Ofc but in my case the hair melted, did not break. My moms a hair dresser for film and she said how this hair has plastic in it which means it’s not 100% real virgin hair. And on top of it Theyer slick, they used that new feature on ig to hide comments instead of deleting them. Don’t order with this company, if you have a bad batch of extensions you will not get your money back nor hear back from them. I just want my money back. And I want to return but I refuse to pay anything more."

"Do not purchase from them. This was by far my worst purchase of 2021. They are selling synthetic mix and floor hair and advertising as virgin human hair. This hair tangled up within a week of install and they REUSE to provide any customer service and will ignore your emails after they get your money. Please avoid at all cost, I ignored the negative reviews and purchased anyway now look what happened."
