We understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why we offer a 10-minute grace period for all waxing appointments. However, to respect the time of our staff and other clients, we kindly ask that appointments be cancelled or rescheduled at least 4 hours in advance. Please note that a 50% fee will be charged to the card on file for late cancellations or rescheduling.
