"I find this office to be wishy washy. The first time I called their office staff as a potential new patient they stated that she was backed up for 3-4 months. Now this week/ the very next week according to this doctor it's 6 months and she will not be taking any new patients at this time. Staff is always VERY aware just how backed up their doctors are. No doubt about it. This dynamic shows poor communication. I told them that I was definitely NOT interested in their services. I just read another review that stated that they lost a referral that was sent over. They also lost MY first fax/ referral I had sent to their office via my General practitioner. I also had a week delay when trying to secure a new patient appointment. A complaint needs to be filed."

"They "lost" the referral my primary first faxed over. Then after I called to confirm they had gotten the second, I was told it would be another week before they could schedule an appointment and they'd call me the following Monday. When I called that Tuesday, they first said they had never received a referral. When I named the person who had confirmed receipt, they said they'd have to call me back. Eventually I was finally told that the doctor wasn't comfortable seeing transgender clients, (I've been on the same HRT for 5+ years with no changes, just moved here from out of state), and was referred to someone over an hour away who doesn't take my insurance. All and all it took roughly a month of back and forth and following up to get that response. Extremely unprofessional office. I was able to schedule an appointment with someone out in Covington after they refused to treat me, but because of the time they wasted I will need to be rationing my medication until they can see me."
