"She did great work at first, then she sewed my patch on my leather Harley jacket and then seem ripped it off. I called she lost her temper with me. She put holes in my jacket and said she “helped the next person get to put the patch on”. Don’t use her she has issues and blames the customer for her shotty work. If I could give her negative stars I would!! Instead of apologizing she loses her temper! People like her are just angry. I will take my business elsewhere."

"This woman needs a lesson in the value of customer service. She didn’t greet me when I walked in. Her questions and responses were hateful and sarcastic. I just turned around and left before I ever explained the alterations that I needed. I will never step foot in the shop again."

"She and I had a conflict. (She messed up). Then She pointed at her head and asked “do you think I’m CRAZY?” I wanted to say yes …but instead was nice and tried to calm her down so I could get my curtains done. It’s sad, but I think people should know."

"I am floored at how rude the business owner was. She tried to Convince me and tell me that the outfit would work and I told her I would not have drove all the way from Daphne if the outfit worked and she still insisted that she could zip the outfit and yes it would work. She was rude in front of other customers!! She was very nasty and rude and I will highly make sure I do not recommend and tell everyone not to use her!! She was very unprofessional and a very nasty lady! I’m a local of Foley and I’m putting the word out on the streets about how RUDE and NASTY she was and acted!! UNPROFESSIONAL ON ALL LEVELS!!!"

"I dropped my wedding gown off to Christine a month before my wedding. She planned to "let out 3 inches" of the waistline. I called her shop to check the status of my gown the day I was told it would be finished and she implied to me that she hadn't even started altering it yet. She asked for 3 more days (making it 10 days before my wedding day). 3 days later I went to try on my dress and I could not even remotely zip up the entire top half of my dress ( which was not the case when dropped it off to her..I could not comfortably zip it up and maybe had 1" that I couldn't zip). I believe she took it in 3" instead of letting it out. After informing me there was no fabric left to let it back out, she then proceeded to embarrass me in front of other people in her shop. She asked if I could find better undergarments to "suck all of that in". When I replied that apart from removing a rib or two this is as good as it gets for me, she said "honey...there is more than just ribs going on here." She said "I can't think of anything to fix this. If I do, I will call you in the next two days." I did everything I could to leave as fast as possible so I could get in my car and cry. Thank goodness for Dillard's having formals and I found a decent replacement the next day (9 days before my wedding). Regardless of her skills as a seamstress on other projects, I will not recommend or return to Christine."
