"I am extremely disappointed in the customer service with this store. I bought 5 uniform tops on Black Friday for my daughter’s new job. I specifically asked the cashier if they could be returned if they didn’t fit my daughter. I was told no but I could exchange them in 30 days. My daughter called before making the drive back to Foley and was told, the specific brand of top was close out so they couldn’t be exchanged. The cashier I asked should have known that policy and explained that to me when I asked but did not. So I called back to the store 30 min after my daughter to talk to the manager and was told manager was no longer at work. The cashier answering told me I should have read a sign on the desk that said closeouts were not exchangeable. How would I know what brand was a closeout and not a black Friday deal? Now I am out that money at Christmas and have to get her more uniforms before she starts a new job tomorrow. The cashier was less than understanding and couldn’t care less. Instead of letting us exchange them and making more money on the exchange, they have lost a few customers."

"When you list your hours as being open and your customers drive a distance to get to you, you need to be accurate. The sign on the door says open at 10am, the web says 10am. It's 10:50am. Lights are on, doors are locked and no one answers the phone. I've just wasted time and resources."

"Will never give my business to this location again. Walked in at 10:15AM the only customer in the store. The two employees where both sitting behind the desk so I asked were I could find mens scrubs. The young lady said I’m sorry we only have two brands and there in the back corner. I couldn’t find XL Reg paints so I asked for assistance and was told if you don’t see it we don’t have it. She didn’t even attempt to get up to assist me. I know these shops cater to women as 99% of the store is stocked with woman’s clothing but Men wear scrubs too."

"Went there to check on prices and need to replace some scrub tops. They do have a big selection. I get to the check out and wanted to use my coupon from the mall rewards program. They lady helping me said I could not use any coupons except for a certain one, which is not available so no wonder why that's the only one you can use. It's very poor marketing on their part."
