"I first went to Gulf Coast Hearing Center on 10/2023 after my audiologist retired. I am so very fortunate to have found Brandon K. Porter H.A.S. He listened to all my concerns and questions and then programmed my Oticons to where I have volume control on the HAs - without a phone app. He also programmed and taught me how to use several other listening features on the HAs themselves. Today I went for my 3rd appt. and met Dr. Cole who made a small adjustment on one HA. In 6 years of having HAs, I never knew what I was missing with how much control I actually have.
