"Was having problems with my car, so I called and explained my issues. The guy INSISTED it was my alternator even though I said it wasn't that because it was just changed and brand new. They took my car. 'Fixed' it 3 days later. Gave me the keys. And what do you know. It doesn't start. I walked back in and said hey, you fixed my car but it doesn't start. Did you even turn it on? He said no, we push rolled it out. So that was 900$. They 'fixed' it again for a 'discounted' 300$. And my car still didn't run. They're literally only good for the oil change coupon you get in the mail. A bunch of middle-school dropouts who barely achieved a GED, if that. They deserve a lawsuit from anyone who can afford it."
