"MAKE SURE YOU TAKE BEFORE PHOTOS IN FRONT OF HIM BEFORE YOU LEAVE YOUR PHONE OR DOCUMENT ALL MARKS AND OR CRACKS PRIOR TO LEAVING AND SHOW HIM FOR YOUR OWN EVIDENCE…………..So before going here I read the reviews and they were all wonderful. I took my son’s phone up there to have the charging port and battery replaced. Price was decent told him to fix it. I also asked about the screen because my son had a small line across the bottom but we decided it wasn’t worth the price since the crack was small and no issue with functionality. However when we picked the phone up I realized they didn’t put the screen protector on and asked them to do so, we paid and went to our car. I verified the port worked and checked battery health. Then I seen a crack at the top of the phone. Me thinking on the screen protector must have been damaged I took it back into the store and the guy said no it’s your phone. I said the phone was only cracked at the bottom nothing was up top. He proceeded to disagree and telling me this is why I tell people to take pictures of the phone before we work on them (which he did not) I didn’t have the energy to argue with a crook so I just left. Mind you he has to take the screen off to change the battery and the port. He cracked the screen and just didn’t want to have to fix it or admit to it. Terrible.customer service."
