Please note that while some insurance plans are partially in-network with CCRM, they only cover physician consults, in-office procedures, and ultrasounds. Services provided by Fertility Labs of Colorado, such as blood work, semen testing, IVF/Embryology procedures, and Surgery Center fees, are not covered under these plans.
