I've had multiple visits at ODC and the only unpleasant incidents are over the controller for my spinal stimulator. If I say it's off - it's OFF or in the proper mode. Traveling an hour and not being able to access my settings so being denied service is highly frustrating, particularly after several previous visits."
"I was referred here by my neurologist for multiple MRIs. Everyone was so kind and professional even under the stress of a very busy day. They are quick and considerate, work with a smile, and are very comforting and knowledgeable. Renee and Kate(I think) were wonderful! I didn’t catch the front desk nurses’ names but they were incredibly sweet and understanding as well."
"This is really only for the lady up front. I'm sure some other people have experienced her attitude. She has shoulder ish length grey hair and wears glasses. Everytime I've been to this location she's shown she's rude, lazy and doesn't have a care in the world for actually doing her job. My last straw was she was supposed to reschedule me as they had issues getting a full view of my brain in the mri. Everyone else was extremely helpful and all the people in the back of the office are super kind. Instead of letting me stand and wait so I could get it rescheduled. She glanced at me saying you can sit wherever ill call you back up. Then I guess when she was done with what she was focused on she started to get up gather her things and said she would be back. Obviously deciding its her lunchtime. I was obviously frustrated still sitting in an office after doing an MRI and having surgery scheduled for the very next morning. She's always right at the front desk when I visit this location. Soon hope that changes because she's extremely disrespectful and doesn't care for other people's time."
"I have no complaints about my recent visit. Even though they were full my wait time was minimal and the process was quick. The young lady who took my X-rays was kind and courteous."
