"I recently went back for my 9 month check up..... and was a First time patient in May 2023... On my first visit The entrance and waiting room is really nice and immaculate.. The receptionist was incredibly friendly as is the current one (Kay)knowledgeable and very personable. As for the Doctor of Audiology, Kristen Hamilton, she was simply fantastic! Explaining the procedures answering my questions and concerns and explaining everything... My primary Doctor recommended a hearing test for me then they recommended I see Dr Hamilton for the next steps. Dr Hamilton has been more than helpful and is always available for questions and or will see you should you think a problem arises....
