This Dr let me ask as many questions as I wanted, did not make me feel rushed in any way , we came up with a couple things that we are going to do and he even gave me a shot in the back of my head that gave me almost instant relief. It was overall a good visit."

"Some elements of my visit to Dr Sultan rated 4 stars. Some rate 1, maybe 2. First: The wait time is excessive. I suppose it’s unavoidable in an office with only one doctor, however. Dr Sultan takes meticulous notes during the appointment, though the dictation style can be a bit off-putting. Still, I appreciate that he is being thorough in that way. He spends a good amount of time with you, which is great (unless you’re in the waiting room). Once you leave his presence, however, you better hope that you don’t have any questions or concerns. I’ve been calling his office for weeks, and I’ve left several messages. I’ve spoken to one actual human being, and I’m STILL waiting on a simple call back. I had to go back to a separate doctor in the meantime since no one in his office can be bothered to return a phone call or investigate a medical issue. Ultimately, I will be returning to his office on one more occasion to address my concerns directly with him. Depending on that visit in its entirety, I may just find a different neurologist at this point, even if it means I have to wait another six months to get in."
