"The front desk staff were very rude to me. I have a sore throat and asked to reschedule so I wouldn’t get them sick, and they were very mean and not understanding. You can clearly hear in my voice I have a sore throat and they said I can now never come in and bullied me and hung up on me. I am totally shocked they treat clients this way with no compassion or understanding. I am seeking a long term neurologist and if the doctor knew the full story surely he would reschedule. If he heard my voice surely he would have had compassion. I can never imagine treating someone that is sick in such a nasty way simply because I didn’t want to get anyone in their office sick."
"I was referred to Dr. Morell from a friend. From the first call I made to make an appointment I knew I had the right doctor. The front desk was so helpful and polite. When I arrived to my appointment I was amazed that I was taken on time . I noticed how clean the office was and courteous staff . The nurse that took me into the room asked a few questions before the doctor arrived. After a conversation with Dr. Morell he scheduled a MRI for me. He knew how much pain I was in. After finding out my condition , PT began. 3 months later I am much better and know how to take care of it. Ms. Potter"
