"In my 40+ years of needing the services of an AME, (Aviation Medical Examiner), I have never dealt with a more curt, condescending, uncaring doctor. His prices are considerably higher than anyone else I have been to, and, before seeing you, he makes you sign a form stating that, if anything extra is needed, regardless of how minor, there will be an additional charge. After making me wait over 45 minutes, I was finally led to an examination room where, upon entering the room, Dr Bridewell chastised me for not bringing an FAA form. I explained that, when I made the appointment, I asked about paperwork and his receptionist told me I did not need to bring in anything. The rest of the examination was rushed, as if he wanted to finish quickly and move on. He found a minor issue, which I explained to him. Instead of offering any suggestions as to how this could be resolved, he said he would have to investigate the issue and ended the examination. The FAA allows 14 days to resolve any issues noted during the examination. Dr. Bridewell, knowing full well that my livelihood depends on these bi-annual examinations, deferred my exam to the FAA a mere 4 days later, effectively grounding me, without pay for as long as it takes the FAA to review my case and issue my medical. This process could take 12 weeks or more. Even if the examination had gone smoothly, I could not in good conscience recommend Dr. Bridewell as an AME to any pilot. In my opinion, he was simply going through the motions and was not the least bit concerned with my welfare or career. On the web page it states "live your best life", I certainly did not get the impression that Dr. Bridewell cared about me living my best life."

"The best customer service and first visit. They are very proactive at checking everything possible when you express a health concern. The doctor listens to the patients. He will be my new primary care provider for sure."

"His staff is incredibly rude and incompetent. Do not rely on any information you’re given by them, do not trust that they will follow through with requests, etc. His office will withhold prescription refills on life saving medication if you have a balance due past 2 days. His receptionist, Leslie, is absolutely awful. I would avoid this practice at ALL COSTS."
