"I had my first visit with Dr. Espinoza yesterday and she was very smart, kind, and efficient. With that being said her office staff is a nightmare. Pray that you never have a problem because it will be just that YOUR problem. I even spoke with the office manager and was she just repeated herself over and over again. I spoke with them kindly at first trying to appeal to their sense of sympathy but I was met with the same answer basically it could take days to resolve this issue and they'd send a message. Needless to say I cancelled all future appointments and will not be returning. Do not use this office if you have any type of health issue that requires medication."
"Hailey the phlebotomist at this location was amazing. I had slept in from working late night prior and hadn't had food in about 12+ hours. I almost passed out after having my blood drawn but she was so incredibly attentive and helpful in helping me recover. Not to mention helping distract me from the needle in the first place. Thank you!"
"I go in to be checked up for a rash on my arm, and the Dr. There @Espinoza Just talks about how over weight I was and nothing else!!! My sister as well, talking about her weight but not for the reason she actually went in to be seen for. Terrible!!!!! That lady needs to loose her license!!! Where did she buy it? Wal-mart?"
"Do not recommend this doctor for more than a sniffle or sneezing. My husband went to her with cognitive impairment and memory loss. Her stat request for a CT scan was denied by insurance because she did not respond to two requests for the results of a Mini-Mental. She did not perform that test. In the emergency room , 3 weeks latter,, a CT reveals an eschemic infarct about 3 weeks old. This neglect has changed our lives significantly."
