"If there is one place in the world that still has the best customer service, it's the PhysMed of Fort Myers. From the moment you walk in you're greeted by Naomi who is extremely friendly and caring. As a pilot, my schedule was super unstable and everywhere yet it was no problem for her to accommodate me in every way possible. She had always made it her goal to reach out and make things work, and that is something you cannot get elsewhere with anyone else. It doesn't end there, however, as the staff that assist you during your treatment are just as caring and supportive. They always are looking after patients and even offering a water when we are sitting and waiting to see Dr. Pearce. Not one medical facility I have ever been to has staff that smiles and converses with patients the way they do. It's what makes you enjoy coming for your visit, as if you're visiting friends rather than a physical therapy office. And of course, last but definitely not least, is Dr. Pearce herself. One of the most passionate and caring individuals I've ever met is what makes PhysMed of Fort Myers the place that it is. After my car accident nobody would answer or return my calls, let alone make me feel like there was someone that cared about my situation. But Dr. Pearce took charge and got things done. She would consistently call the best medical professionals until they would contact me so I could get an appointment. And every visit, she'd always lighten the mood with a great smile and her relaxed humor. She made me feel like I had a friend who was there for me when nobody else was. "My car was hit while sitting at a red light on my 30th birthday. Everything about the situation was beyond stressful. I have never attended physical therapy, and wasn’t sure what to expect. From the first phone call from Naomi to set my appointment I felt at ease. She was so welcoming and warm before even meeting her. Shortly after arriving to my first visit, I quickly learned that the way Naomi made me feel over the phone was the norm for the entire staff. Gabriella, Chloe, and Emily genuinely care for their patients, and go above and beyond to make everyone feel like family. Each exercise was shown to me as many times as I needed to grasp it, at least one of the techs stayed close by to ensure I was comfortable and doing the exercises to their full potential. Every visit I could tell that they each genuinely enjoy what they do, their respect for their workplace as well as each other is remarkable. A staff is only as amazing as their leader, and Dr. Pearce is the epitome of leading by stupendous example. She is the best medical professional that I have ever come in contact with for so many reasons. She is honest, kind, attentive, considerate, timely, and above all else, she is amazing at what she does. I understood my injury in simple terms and was allowed the time to ask questions, even if it was the same question from my last visit. She takes her time to get to know her patients, which makes all the difference in the quality of care. In more ways than one, I wouldn’t have made it without the smiling faces of the PhysMed fort myers staff. The welcoming compassion of Naomi, the laughs from Chloe, the smile and guidance of Emily, the care and warmth of Gabriella, and the genuine connection, conversation, and expertise of Dr. Pearce was the highlight of my weeks during this tedious process. "I was in a fender bender & was referred to PhysMed by my intern. The experience was very positive. Dr Pierce, the therapy team & Tiffany at the front desk were all very caring & professional. All of the treatments & exercises were explained to me. The facility is very modern & clean. All equipment/tables were cleaned immediately after each use.
