"Dawn and Tom are both excellent. Dawn explained what muscle or groups an exercise was targeting. That was very important to me. It allowed me to think of the specific area while doing the exercises. She adapted her instructions to my specific needs. I am a visual learner so she showed me how, and gave me written instructions to aid me at home. I only saw Tom a few times but he was always willing to look for new ways for me to do exercises to increase my ability to do my daily activities. Thank you both for helping me return to my normal activities!"

"I'm so disappointed by the entire office with the exception of the front desk and the tech that came in to my room to triage. They were kind and helpful. Speaking to a woman in Billing to see about my insurance was a nightmare; She was so rude and unprofessional. She acted as if I was not allowed to ask questions and then told me it was not her "job to go back and forth with me". The appointment itself was less than 5 mins and the Dr. was helpful until he was made aware that I couldn't afford an MRI out of pocket - then he had no further suggestions, no futher treatment, he didn't even offer the shot that was laid out for me. It was as if he had no interest in being in the room after hearing I work two jobs to take care of my household, and my mother's and an MRI was too expensive. He couldn't get out of the room fast enough. It was seriously the worst $260 I have ever spent just to be treated like I was scum."

"Let the buyer beware! I went into sticker shock when I received a bill for $2,194.65 for 5 visits after a minor knee surgery, and this was with my insurance discount and them paying $407.72 towards the total original bill of $3,628.00. I called billing and they were not willing to do any adjustments. I then called rehab centers not affiliated with Lee health and you can get 8 visits for $480.00. I wish I knew this before treatment. I am personally out $1,600.00 more then i could have been if i had done my homework first."

"I am currently bringing my 33 yr old son who has an MD disease, Ataxia SCA-3. They are teaching him how to sit up and move his hands. The staff is very nice and patient with him."

"When I went to Riverwalk Sports Med & Rehab I was seiyng by dr jody mohle. My right arm was not moving and i was skeptical about the whole process she was talking to me about. I was in so much pain the first visit all I did was cry..but jody it is a wonderful, caring with a good sence of humor therapy doctor who understand my frustrations and concerns .she worked hard on me, not letting me feel down or give up on the treatment , and with determination , professionalism, experience and a lot of patience she help me regain my arm mobility again. I was suffering for 6 months ,and now i can do things that we all take for granted , like combing or wash our hair, cooking or simply get dressed .I thank god and I am so greatfull for jody mohle for fixing me a giving me the life of my arm back!"
