"Just recently switched to Dr.Waisanen after being with a few other primary’s at Lee. She is hands down the BEST primary I’ve ever had. She spent a long time helping me understand my current meds and also offering some suggestions and advice for going forward. Highly highly recommend. Even her nurse that roomed me initially was one of the kindest (and funniest) nurses I’ve ever met. All around a 5 star experience!"

"The office of Dr Waisanen is definitely incompetent. The first visit was just to get started with a Urologist, I did not need meds or anything. Dr Waisanen seemed fine in conversation but very young. When it came time to reorder my three meds it was like pulling teeth. The meds were not sent to the pharmacy. I had to call back to get the prescription. I got one of the three prescriptions. After another phone call I got the second one. Same thing happened with the third. It’s been sixteen days and I still don’t have the third. On the last phone call they said I needed an appointment to get it. The appointment is likely for blood work that should have been done on the first appointment or at least when I called to re -up on the meds."
