"Dr. Walsh, is a wonderful, compassionate doctor. I hate to leave him, but there is no flexibility with rescheduling. I recently had to schedule a lab appointment, which precluded my checkup. The employee, Emily, was very nice, but told me she couldn't reschedule because there was no availability for the foreseeable future. I needed to call back to see about future availability, most likely in the new year. I do work full time, and I need to have some flexibility with scheduling. I am sad because I do like Dr. Walsh as a person and a doctor."

"I am a new patient. I made an appointment 2 months ago. I waited because Dr. Walsh is rated so highly and I assume new patients get a lower priority. I spent a half hour filling out all of their forms in advance. Over the last week I have received more than a half dozen reminders telling me not to be late. As soon as I showed up they told me I would have to see a different doctor in the practice because Walsh is so far behind. NO THANK YOU."
