"All 3 of my children have been with this office for well over 10 years and we love it here. We have always had very friendly encounters with staff and the Drs until today. I called to reschedule my sons appt that we missed, which was our fault, but I spoke to someone named Cassandra. She was instantly very rude. I was making his last appt with them as he just turned 18 and is due for his physical, and the way she spoke to me was disgusting. Never would I speak to anyone that way and it was incredibly unprofessional. I honestly hope I never have to interact with her again since I have younger children that will continue to come here."

"After relocating from New York to Florida I needed a pediatrician who would take GHI- Emblem health. After calling numerous Doctors and practices around the area who would not take my insurance or provide medical services I found Palmetto Pediatrics. Dr. Parikh was our physician and provided excellent service and a treatment plan. They are also affiliated with Manasota Pediatrics. I highly recommend this practice especially if you’re from New York and have GHI-Emblem Health."

"The office staff are very unprofessional. My daughter had an ultrasound done and it took over a week for her to get her results because they felt it was not and emergency. I had to call multiple times to get results and to get told that the doctor will call you when she reads the report (with and attitude and sarcasm) the ultrasound was done on 11/22/23 and I got the results on 12/1/23. There are too many doctors offices to settle for this nonsense. If I could give a zero I would because that is what they deserve"

"Front office very rude and unprofessional! Requested my daughters medical records for almost 2 months, have yet to receive them. Then want to charge for them after not sending them, I even gave them 5 fax numbers 2 different locations! Avoid this practice!"

"My daughter is 8 months old, I've been taking her to Palmetto Pediatrics since she was born and we have had a pleasant experience with all the staff. The nurses are awesome, the doctors have been informative and the office staff has reported quickly to what I need. I haven't had any issues with my child that would require an extensive amount of time there, but all in all a really good experience."
