"I give up. I often got a busy signal and couldn't leave messages. MTM also told me they couldn't reach this location to confirm my last appointment. MTM blames the doctor's office for not answering their confirnation call. And the doctor's receptionist questions why MTM would call the doctor's office but blindly asked if I wanted to reschedule. Rescheduling does me no good without reliable transportation or communication. I also left a negative review for MTM because they both dropped the ball."
