"My aunt was recently in the ICU last week, the staff was amazing! Mary and Kate we saw the most and Karen at night! They listened to our family and were so gracious and treated my aunt with dignity as she graduated home to heaven. Dr was so quick to respond to our requests Thank you all I know there are many others that keep the wheels in motion! Nancy at the front door was the sweetest! So nice to have someone at the door to greet folks! It's the little things! Keep doing what you are doing there!"

"My experience here was amazing considering I was at the ER. The staff from the moment I checked in was super friendly and thorough. They all did their job and went above and beyond. I would refer friends and family to go here if they ever find themselves in need of an ER. Where most places would have shoved me out the door with a prescription, they found something very important that needed addressed and I was checked into the hospital. Thank you all! The Seven Rivers hospital could learn a lot from this ER."

"My experience was okay considering that I was there for surgery. Never thought I'd give 5 stars for that... Anyway I was greeted by a pleasant staff member, friendly and thorough. Waiting area for surgery was a wonderful team of people who worked together for all those in their care. Can't say I remember the OR, or recovery. Just woke up being told that I was on my way back to the orginal room and I was welcome to eat and drink. Very efficient team of people who cared about the patients. Phone experience prior to going made me not have confidence in my apt. Disconnected several times, asked to speak to someone about the time of my surgery and was transferred to the Operating room itself. I apologized saying that I didn't ask for them, appointment. They were in the middle of a surgery. Glad that my surgery experience was PLEASANT."

"My experience visiting Seven Rivers Hospital began in the Emergency Department late in the evening. I was greeted by an intake employee who exhibited a caring attitude. The wait time was minimal before being seen by a physician. After an examination and tests performed, I was admitted. The nursing staff was attentive and professional performing their caring duties. A special thank you to nurses Nicole and Sheila. Even though the facility is needing a complete face-lift, the care provided was excellent."

"I came in to the ER with abdominal pain. Angelita and Allison took such good care of me. I was immediately taken to triage and placed in a room, because they were so fast, registration actually came back to me. My tests were done quickly and efficiently. I was kept informed of what was happening and what we were waiting on. From the ER, registration, to the radiology department, I was treated with care and compassion. Angelita's diagnosis and the help I received was just what I needed. Great job everyone!! In my opinion, this hospital has some of the most compassionate employees anywhere."
